About this role
AdventHealth Carrollwood is hiring a Registered Charge OR RN for a full-time weekend day shift at its Tampa, Florida hospital.
### What you'll do
- Manage OR, Pre-op, PACU, Endo, and SPD departments to ensure smooth operations and continuity of patient care
- Coordinate with anesthesia teams for efficient surgical workflow and case management
- Notify vendor representatives and call in team members as needed for scheduled and add-on cases
- Coordinate COVID testing for surgical and endoscopy patients through 8 PM
- Schedule OR and endoscopy cases remotely through 8 PM and activate the call team to support house supervisor shift transitions
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a surgical setting
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PALS and CNOR certifications preferred
- 5+ years of circulating and/or scrub experience in a multi-specialty setting preferred

- Hourly pay range $32.76–$57.47 ($68,141–$119,538 annualized)
