About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department at the Kissimmee, Florida campus located at 2500 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for each patient.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Florida licensure or eligibility required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required; CCNS preferred.
- EKG interpretation ability per unit requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills with effective written and verbal communication.

- Hourly pay range of $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annually).
