A PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist role at AdventHealth Sebring in Sebring, Florida, performing diagnostic imaging procedures within a faith-based regional health system.
### What you'll do
- Perform a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures, demonstrating proficiency with gamma camera acquisition and computer processing
- Evaluate image quality for technical accuracy and diagnostic detail, adapting techniques to patient age groups from infant through geriatric
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of care
- Maintain Hot Lab equipment, scintigraphic cameras, and acquisition/processing workstations to quality control standards
- Keep procedure rooms stocked, organized, and ready for the next patient; document and submit work orders for any equipment issues
- Apply ALARA radiation safety principles (time, distance, shielding) to protect patients and staff
### What we're looking for
- Active ARRT registration in Nuclear Medicine Technology — R.T.(N)(ARRT) — OR Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) credential
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Demonstrated ability to perform Nuclear Medicine procedures independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with or ability to learn radiology software including Cerner, Radworks, and PACS
- Basic EKG knowledge and strong multitasking and critical thinking skills under busy conditions
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Hourly pay range: $27.67–$51.47 (annualized approximately $57,554–$107,058 at full-time equivalent)
