About this role
AdventHealth Porter is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for inpatient care at its Denver, Colorado campus on South Downing Street.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure infection control compliance.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies to support understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain timely, accurate medical record documentation.
- Respond to code situations promptly, provide stabilizing interventions, and supervise delegated care delivered by other team members.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.
- Additional specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN-E, NRP, ONS, SCRN, or others) preferred depending on unit assignment.

- Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (annualized approximately $71,261–$123,219 at full-time equivalent).
