About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a contract night-shift RN for its Cardiac Telemetry unit in Littleton, Colorado, offering 36 hours per week at $68.60/hr.
### What you'll do
- Perform thorough, ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting actions and maintaining adherence to patient-safety protocols.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry patients, applying critical thinking to evaluate interventions and adjust plans of care based on patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and discharge instructions tailored to assessed learning needs.
- Ensure safe handoff communication and accurate documentation throughout each shift.
- Follow CDC isolation guidelines, proper PPE use, and hand hygiene policies to maintain a safe care environment.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required); TNCC preferred.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (read, written, and verbal) and basic computer navigation skills.

- Contract rate of $68.60/hr (~$142,688 annualized at 36 hrs/wk).
