About this role

AdventHealth Carrollwood is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the ICU Night shift at its Tampa, Florida campus on North Dale Mabry Highway. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify care needs in a critical care environment. - Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with assessment findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining strict adherence to patient-safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate high-acuity ICU care across night-shift hours. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - APEX Innovations NIHSS certification required. - Critical care clinical skills as defined by unit competency standards. - Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities; basic computer proficiency in Windows-based programs. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annually). - $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth Carrollwood is a full-service community hospital serving the Tampa Bay area as part of the AdventHealth system, one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
