About this role

AdventHealth Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time Supervisor of Respiratory Services for the night shift at its acute care hospital in Zephyrhills, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage and supervise day-to-day respiratory therapy operations with the support of assistant managers, team leaders, and designated staff - Ensure daily rounding for outcomes and hold staff accountable to patient experience standards - Liaise across hospital divisions and regional partners to coordinate respiratory care delivery - Participate in behavioral-based interviewing for new hires and conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations of new staff - Complete meaningful performance evaluations for existing respiratory therapy team members - Educate and validate staff on patient experience tactics and professional appearance standards ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (required) - Minimum 3 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience - State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license and NBRC RRT credential (both required) - BLS and ACLS certifications (required) - PALS, NRP, and NBRC Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty (RRT-NPS) credentials (preferred) - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across diverse populations ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.55–$58.69 (~$65,624–$122,075 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits, mental health resources, and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Zephyrhills is a faith-based acute care hospital serving Pasco County, Florida, as part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care organizations in the United States.
