CT Technologist II

AdventHealth Kissimmee is hiring a full-time CT Technologist II for its imaging department in Kissimmee, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform high-quality CT examinations per provider orders and departmental protocols, maintaining optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis - Review patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify potential contraindications - Prepare and administer IV contrast material, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and follow ALARA radiation safety principles - Position patients accurately using immobilization devices and operate all imaging equipment including scanners, injectors, and PACS systems - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS, and complete all exams efficiently to minimize empty table time - Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of care ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of related CT technologist work experience - Registered Technologist – Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) required - Florida CRT license required - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - ARRT-CT certification preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hour (~$59,654–$110,968 annually) - $10,000 sign-on bonus - $1,500 relocation bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan and career development resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Kissimmee is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care.
