About this role
AdventHealth Kissimmee is hiring a full-time Lead Radiologic Technologist to oversee daily imaging operations at its hospital campus in Kissimmee, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Lead and direct daily radiology department workflow, coordinating patients, technologists, and students across the day shift (Monday–Friday, 0700–1530)
- Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy and OR image guidance, while maintaining image quality, correct lead markers, and accurate patient data
- Monitor compliance with departmental policies, radiation safety guidelines, ALARA principles, and regulatory and accreditation standards
- Manage PACS and EMR documentation, ensuring timely and accurate image submission and patient history recording
- Oversee quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting; serve as a technical resource for staff and students
- Conduct staff orientation, training, and coaching, and contribute to performance evaluations
### What we're looking for
- Active ARRT registration in Radiography — RT(R)(ARRT) required
- Florida CRT license required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- 2+ years of experience as a registered radiologic technologist, including complex procedures such as fluoroscopy and OR image guidance
- Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, inventory, and protocol management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Hourly pay range: $23.71–$44.09 (approximately $49,315–$91,707 annualized)
