About this role
AdventHealth Heart of Florida is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Surgical Circulator for night shift at its Davenport, Florida hospital.
### What you'll do
- Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to deliver quality perioperative care in the surgical suite.
- Develop and communicate individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the surgical team.
- Implement medical and nursing plans of care, performing interventions and procedures with sound clinical judgment.
- Evaluate patient responses and care outcomes to maintain overall quality throughout the surgical episode.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all nursing care provided.
- Work 11-hour night shifts (11p–11a or 3p–11p schedule).
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing — preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification — required.
- Current ACLS certification — required.
- Surgical circulator experience strongly aligned with the role's responsibilities.

- Hourly pay range: $32.16–$56.28 (approximately $66,893–$117,062 annualized).
