About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a part-time OR Circulator RN at its outpatient surgery center in Hendersonville, North Carolina. ### What you'll do - Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to deliver quality perioperative care in the OR setting. - Develop and communicate individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the surgical team. - Implement medical and nursing plans of care, perform procedures, and apply clinical judgment throughout the surgical episode. - Evaluate patient responses to care and identify problems to maintain overall care quality. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date nursing documentation in accordance with hospital policy. - Serve as a role model for current and new staff while adhering to safety and infection control protocols. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - 1+ years of perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred. - CNOR certification preferred; ABLS and Hip & Knee Replacement (HKR) certification a plus. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a surgical team. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $32.13–$55.14 (approximately $66,830–$114,691 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating more than 50 hospital campuses across the United States.
