About this role

AdventHealth North Pinellas is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Med/Surg Telemetry unit on day shift in Tarpon Springs, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. - Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and communicate clinical findings effectively. - Apply organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage a telemetry patient population safely across a full day shift. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required. - Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to function as a team player. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour ($65,582–$108,659 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Career development programs and whole-person well-being resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth North Pinellas is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with facilities across multiple states.
