About this role

AdventHealth Lake Nona is hiring a Senior Nurse Manager for the ICU and PCU units at its Orlando, Florida campus, a 60-acre health and wellness facility opening in late 2026. ### What you'll do - Oversee staff performance, staffing levels, hiring, orientation, and disciplinary processes for the ICU and PCU units. - Manage unit budgets and resources, maintaining fiscal accountability and appropriate staffing ratios. - Lead performance and quality improvement initiatives, implementing evidence-based practice changes across assigned units. - Ensure compliance with professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and develop clinical staff, supporting career growth and maintaining high standards of patient care delivery. - Utilize technology and critical thinking in operational decision-making and integration of new clinical systems. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. - Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience. - Current BLS and ACLS certification. - Demonstrated competencies in human resource management, financial management, and performance improvement leadership. - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ### What's included - Salary range: $85,530–$159,090 annually. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support programs. ### About the practice AdventHealth Lake Nona is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, nonprofit health network serving communities across the United States.
