Registered Nurse Wound Care In Patient

AdventHealth Heart of Florida is hiring a full-time inpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse at its Davenport, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Perform detailed wound assessments and documentation for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with difficult or chronic wounds - Lead a care team as clinic case manager, delegating tasks and directing staff time management - Participate in departmental quality improvement activities and patient-centered quality management measures - Maintain efficient, organized communication across all team members to deliver well-coordinated care - Provide clear patient education and discharge instructions to reduce unnecessary follow-up calls ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - Ability to lead a clinical care team and manage workflow effectively ### What's included - Compensation range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a faith-based, community-centered hospital located in Davenport, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system.
