AdventHealth Emergency Transport Services is hosting a regional hiring event on June 17th in Orlando, FL, recruiting EMS and transport professionals to expand emergency medical services coverage across Osceola, Seminole, Orange, and Palm Coast counties. ### What you'll do - Provide emergency medical care and transport services across multiple Central Florida counties - Respond to emergency calls in dispatch, EMT, paramedic, or transport nurse capacity depending on role - Deliver critical care transport for patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention - Collaborate with hospital leadership and field teams to ensure seamless patient handoffs - Support EMS operations across a large regional coverage area spanning four counties ### What we're looking for - Current certification or licensure appropriate to role (EMT, Paramedic, RN, or Dispatch Specialist) - Experience in emergency medical services, critical care transport, or emergency communications - Valid Florida state credentials or eligibility for reciprocity - Ability to work 24-hour shifts in a fast-paced pre-hospital environment - Resume, certifications, and applicable licenses available to present at the event ### What's included - Pay range: $20.38–$32.60/hour (~$42,390–$67,808 annually) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving communities across Central Florida and beyond.
