AdventHealth is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for its Family Medicine clinic in Summerville, Georgia.
### What you'll do
- Perform clinical intake including vital signs, history taking, screenings, and medication reconciliation.
- Provide whole-visit patient care covering test results, lab draws, medication administration, and closure of care gaps.
- Assist with minor procedures and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the practice's EHR.
- Maintain OSHA compliance, office safety processes, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage supply inventory and verify that medical equipment is functioning properly.
- Travel as needed to support staffing needs across clinic locations.
### What we're looking for
- Active certification as a CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, CMAC, or NRCMA (one required).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of related clinical experience (preferred).
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and chronic disease management.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- Pay range: $16.36–$26.17/hr (~$34,029–$54,434 annualized).
