About this role

AdventHealth Ocala is hosting a walk-in hiring event on Thursday, June 25, 2026 (10am–1pm) at their Auxiliary Conference Center in Ocala, Florida, recruiting RNs, Surgical Technicians, Rehab Therapists, and Medical Lab Scientists. ### What you'll do - Deliver bedside nursing care across inpatient units on day or night shifts - Assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise care plans based on patient outcomes - Perform EKG monitoring and advanced life support as required by unit - Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff in English - Navigate electronic health record and Windows-based computer systems ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - Specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN, ONS, SCRN, NRP, etc.) preferred depending on unit - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and abstract reasoning skills ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annualized) - Sign-on bonus available for qualified positions - Relocation assistance for candidates outside a 50-mile radius - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Paid time off from Day One and continuing education opportunities ### About the practice AdventHealth Ocala is a full-service acute care hospital located in Ocala, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
