### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual factors prior to and during cath lab procedures.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans in alignment with standards of care and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring patients for adverse reactions throughout interventional procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective team communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing stabilizing interventions and leading or supporting emergency response efforts.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- EKG competency per department requirements.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.
