CT Technologist PRN North Pinellas

AdventHealth North Pinellas is hiring a PRN CT Technologist at its Tarpon Springs, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Perform CT exams following department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures. - Operate CT scanners, contrast injectors, and monitors safely, adapting protocols for patients across all age groups. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems. - Educate patients about their exams and manage workflow to minimize table downtime. - Apply infection control standards, proper PPE use, and radiation protection practices throughout every shift. ### What we're looking for - Active ARRT Registered Technologist – Radiography (RT(R)) credential (required). - ARRT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification (preferred). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - 1+ years of radiology experience with completion of a CT training program (preferred). - Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent (required). - Strong patient communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations. ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35 per hour (~$59,654–$110,968 annualized equivalent). - PRN/per-diem day-shift schedule offering flexibility. - AdventHealth system benefits available to eligible team members. ### About the practice AdventHealth North Pinellas is a full-service community hospital located in Tarpon Springs, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the country.
