AdventHealth Manchester is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department on the night shift in Manchester, Kentucky.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and care standards.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and following hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing stabilizing interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- EKG interpretation skills per unit requirements.
- Preferred certifications include TNCC, CCNS, PEARS, or ABLS.

- Pay range: $30.02–$49.55 per hour (approximately $62,442–$103,064 annualized).
