AdventHealth is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for its free-standing emergency department in Orlando, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health in a fast-paced free-standing ER setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care by collaborating with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on responses and outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established protocols.
- Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher.
- Current Florida or Multistate Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range of $31.53–$52.24 (annualized $65,582–$108,659 at 2,080 hours).
- PRN schedule requiring 6 shifts per 6-week period, day shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm.
