About this role
AdventHealth Porter is hiring a full-time RN for the Medical/Surgical Unit 2 on the day shift in Denver, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and team-oriented communication skills.
- EKG competency and Advanced Life Support credentials per unit-specific requirements.

- Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr ($71,261–$123,219 annualized).
