About this role

AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Florida is hiring a PRN Ultrasound Technologist II to perform diagnostic sonographic exams across a broad range of imaging modalities. ### What you'll do - Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams following provider orders and established department protocols. - Acquire and analyze ultrasound images, waveforms, and hemodynamic data to support radiologist interpretation. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR and PACS systems, including completing detailed technologist worksheets. - Position patients accurately and comfortably, adapting imaging protocols for patients of all ages and using immobilization devices when necessary. - Collaborate with radiologists and clinical care teams to confirm exam appropriateness and ensure continuity of care. - Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and perform routine equipment safety checks and transducer sterilization. ### What we're looking for - Minimum of 1 year of position-related sonography experience. - At least 3 active credentials from: RDMS (AB), ARDMS (OB/GYN, PS, RVT, RMSKS), ARRT (RTBS or VS), or CCI (RVS). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate degree preferred. - Experience with specialized sonography — breast, prostate, OR, pediatric, neuro, or vascular — is preferred. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $28.68–$53.35 (annualized ~$59,654–$110,968 at 2,080 hours). - PRN scheduling flexibility across 24-hour shift availability. ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service hospital located in Celebration, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based not-for-profit health systems in the country.
