Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Prior hospitalist leadership or administrative experience preferred for the Medical Director role
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and physician engagement
