About this role

AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time CVICU Charge Nurse for night shifts at its hospital in Littleton, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Coordinate patient care across CVICU, PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia departments. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and physician orders. - Monitor and document patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans based on outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. - Oversee daily unit staffing, scheduling, and equipment availability. - Identify real and potential patient care issues and implement solutions with clear follow-through and communication. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required). - Minimum 1 year of ICU experience (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Current BLS certification (required). - Demonstrated supervision skills and experience in a charge or lead capacity. - Strong abstract reasoning ability to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise care plans. ### What's included - Pay range: $35.04–$65.17/hr ($72,883–$135,554 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off beginning Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network committed to whole-person care.
