About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time Night Shift Registered Nurse for the Neuro Trauma ICU at its Littleton, Colorado campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for critically ill neuro trauma patients.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and evidence-based standards.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring closely for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care across the care continuum.
- Respond promptly and effectively to code situations, providing stabilizing interventions.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members while maintaining documentation accuracy in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required at time of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- TNCC, CCRN, or SCRN certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, EKG interpretation, and multi-tasking abilities in a high-acuity ICU environment.

- Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized).
