About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time ICU/PCU Registered Nurse for day shift at its acute care facility in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using critical care skills and established emergency protocols - Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - Critical care skills appropriate to ICU/PCU patient population (required) - EKG knowledge and interpretation ability (required per unit standards) - Experience in a specialty clinical area and familiarity with Cerner or EPIC EMR (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr (~$65,582–$104,832 annually) - Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (if eligible) - Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (if eligible) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
