About this role

An RN OR Circulator role at AdventHealth Gordon in Calhoun, Georgia, providing perioperative nursing care within the Surgical Services department. ### What you'll do - Collect and document patient health data, formulate nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized perioperative plans of care - Prepare patients for surgery, including IV placement, consent verification, and pre-op documentation - Circulate in the OR, implementing and documenting interventions from the plan of care safely and in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and surgical staff throughout the perioperative continuum - Administer medications accurately and in compliance with policy; monitor and report critical values - Provide on-call coverage 4–5 days per month as part of the surgical services rotation ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred - BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred - 1+ years of Med-Surgical, Surgical, or Endoscopy nursing experience preferred - CNOR or CPAN certification preferred - Competency with surgical services equipment and OR circulating workflows ### What's included - Pay range: $31.44–$54.92/hr ($65,395–$114,234 annualized) - $10,000 sign-on bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Gordon is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states.
