About this role

AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time RN OR Circulator for its surgical services team in Rome, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive patient assessments prior to and during surgical procedures, gathering history, vital signs, and identifying physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. - Develop and implement individualized perioperative care plans in collaboration with the surgical team, patients, and families. - Administer medications and treatments safely, including IV therapy, and execute nursing procedures such as wound care and catheterization. - Advocate for patient safety and rights, acting as liaison between the patient and the surgical healthcare team throughout the perioperative continuum. - Document all patient care activities accurately and in real time, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient responses. - Participate in unit-based quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia. - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - BLS/CPR certification required. - Minimum 1 year of hospital or acute care nursing experience preferred. - Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with on-call requirements (no overnight call). ### What's included - Pay range: $31.44–$54.92/hr ($65,395–$114,234 annualized). - $10,000 sign-on bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a faith-based, full-service hospital located in Rome, Georgia, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare networks in the United States.
