AdventHealth Altamonte Springs is hiring a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist II (Cath Lab) for its cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology program in Altamonte Springs, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures including coronary, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and peripheral interventions - Respond to clinical emergencies and operate within the full scope of practice for the position - Administer treatments and medications, evaluating their effectiveness per policy and training - Verify physician orders, facilitate implementation, and communicate directly with the care team - Maintain, set up, and sterilize equipment and supplies for all cardiovascular procedures - Work a 4×10-hour shift schedule Monday–Friday with a rotating day off and a minimum of 14 call days per month, including 2 weekends ### What we're looking for - Active licensure or certification in at least one of the following: RN, RT(R)(ARRT), RRT, RCIS, RCES, CVIT, Licensed Paramedic, or CST - BLS and ACLS certifications required - Minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare experience; 2+ years in cardiac cath, EP, neurosciences, critical care, or interventional radiology preferred - Associate degree in Science required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Working knowledge of ECG interpretation, arrhythmia recognition, cardiovascular and vascular anatomy, and hemodynamic monitoring - Strong communication skills across patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $28.68–$53.35 (approx. $59,654–$110,968 annually) - $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment (qualified candidates) - $3,000 relocation assistance (qualified candidates) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day 1 - Paid time off from Day 1 and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Altamonte Springs is a full-service acute care hospital within the AdventHealth system, one of the largest faith-based, not-for-profit health systems in the United States.
