Diagnostic Medical Vascular Sonographer PRN

AdventHealth Apopka is seeking a PRN Diagnostic Medical Vascular Sonographer for day-shift coverage at its hospital campus in Apopka, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform abdomen, abdominal Doppler, OB/Gyn, small parts, vascular, and interventional sonographic procedures - Conduct venous ultrasound Doppler studies following established exam protocols - Confirm patient and exam accuracy using two patient identifiers prior to each study - Document and report all procedures in compliance with departmental policy - Operate AGFA PACS and associated imaging equipment - Participate in department meetings and contribute to team objectives ### What we're looking for - Active RVT, RVS, or ARRT R.T.(VS) credential (required) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - 2+ years of vascular sonography experience (preferred) - Proficiency with PACS systems and basic computer applications including Word and Outlook - Basic EKG knowledge - Associate degree in a related field (preferred) ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $28.68–$53.35 (annualized approximately $59,654–$110,968 at full-time equivalent) - PRN/per-diem scheduling with variable day shifts - AdventHealth system benefits per PRN eligibility guidelines ### About the practice AdventHealth Apopka is a full-service community hospital within the AdventHealth system, located at 2100 Ocoee Apopka Rd in Apopka, Florida.
