About this role

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Radiologic Technologist II for the night shift at its hospital campus in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients and selecting technical factors to produce high-quality images that meet department standards - Operate and manipulate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely, including ER and OR imaging procedures - Monitor patient condition, transport patients, and apply proper infection control techniques throughout each encounter - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems, ensuring correct patient demographics and exam information - Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks - Apply radiation safety principles (time, distance, shielding) to keep exposure levels ALARA for patients and staff ### What we're looking for - Active ARRT registration in Radiography — RT(R)(ARRT) required - Current BLS/CPR certification required - 1+ year of radiologic technology work experience preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency with EMR, PACS, and radiology software packages - Ability to multi-task effectively in high-volume, fast-paced clinical environments ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $23.71–$44.09 (approximately $49,316–$91,707 annualized) - $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan and ongoing career development resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a full-service acute care hospital located at 3100 E.
