AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Radiologic Technologist II for its hospital campus in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients and selecting technical factors to produce high-quality images that meet department standards
- Operate and manipulate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment for ER, OR, and general diagnostic procedures safely and efficiently
- Monitor patient condition, assist with transport, and maintain patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout exams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems with correct patient demographic and exam information
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and fully operational; perform routine equipment safety checks and report low inventory
- Apply radiation safety principles (time, distance, shielding) to keep exposure ALARA for patients and staff; cross-train into advanced modalities as needed
### What we're looking for
- ARRT registration in Radiography — RT(R)(ARRT) required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of radiologic technology work experience preferred
- Proficiency with EMR, PACS, and radiology software; working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain all required registries, licenses, and continuing education obligations

- Pay range: $23.71–$44.09/hour (~$49,316–$91,707 annualized)
