About this role

A Radiology Technologist role at AHMG Orthopedic Associates of Osceola, part of AdventHealth, located in Kissimmee, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging exams following established protocols on patients of all ages. - Position patients and select technical factors to produce images meeting Radiologist standards in a safe, timely manner. - Conduct direct patient care duties including monitoring condition, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy, and obtaining patient history. - Screen patients for contrast allergies and childbearing status; minimize radiation exposure to patients, families, and staff. - Complete documentation for Radiologist support and perform clerical duties including scheduling, filing, and answering telephones. - Maintain infection control standards, proper PPE use, and a clean, organized imaging room. ### What we're looking for - ARRT RT(R) registration required. - BLS/CPR certification required. - Minimum 2 years of radiologic technology experience. - Proficiency with radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, including OR settings. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams. ### What's included - Pay range: $21.56–$40.09/hour (~$44,845–$83,387 annually). - $3,750 sign-on bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - CME and career development resources. ### About the practice AHMG Orthopedic Associates of Osceola is an outpatient orthopedic clinic operating Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a primary location at 604 Oak Commons Blvd, Kissimmee, FL. The practice operates under AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with facilities across multiple states. Technologists may float to a second Kissimmee location as operationally needed.
