About this role

AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse specializing in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) care for day-shift coverage at its Palm Coast, Florida facility. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs related to wound, ostomy, and continence care. - Develop individualized care plans, select appropriate interventions and supplies, and maintain accurate medical documentation. - Administer treatments and medications safely, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes. - Educate patients and families on wound care, ostomy management, continence strategies, self-care techniques, and lifestyle adjustments. - Provide educational sessions for nursing staff to strengthen competency in skin integrity and related care practices. - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, and provide on-call support during weekends and holidays as needed. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Minimum 1 year of acute hospital experience. - Current knowledge of wound, ostomy, and continence care principles. - BLS/CPR certification (preferred). - CWCN or CWOCN certification (preferred). ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53 – $52.24 (approximately $65,582 – $108,659 annualized). - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective from Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One. - 403(b) Retirement Plan. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth Palm Coast is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
