About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Psychometrist at its Littleton, Colorado outpatient behavioral health clinic at 7780 S Broadway.
### What you'll do
- Administer, score, and manage neuropsychological and biopsychosocial test data, scanning results into the EPIC chart and X drive the same day as testing.
- Prepare testing packets, paper charts, referral paperwork, release-of-information forms, and feedback calendar materials for upcoming evaluations.
- Scan signed ROIs into patient charts in EPIC and the X drive file system.
- Maintain inventory of testing materials and software every three weeks, placing procurement orders to ensure a six-month supply.
- Update patient tracking spreadsheets daily and manage the file room for both upcoming and completed evaluations.
- Oversee secure disposal of physical patient files confirmed as digitized and older than two years.
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience working with adult patients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred credentials: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or Certified Specialist in Psychometry (CSP).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative and clinical support tasks in a structured clinical environment.
