Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with training and clinical focus in acute care, internal medicine, or hospital medicine
  • Active Kentucky NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain (reimbursed)
  • Current ACLS certification required; PALS certification required or willingness to obtain (recertification access provided)
  • Comfort managing the full spectrum of inpatient medical and surgical acuity in a community acute care setting
