About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a Supervisor of Imaging Services for its Breast Care Center, a full-time day-shift leadership role based in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day supervision of imaging technologists and support staff, coordinating workflow, staffing assignments, and room utilization.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessment of new and existing team members.
- Collaborate with radiologists, leadership, and other departments to ensure timely, coordinated imaging services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives including image quality audits, repeat analysis, and process improvement projects.
- Monitor compliance with departmental policies, radiation safety guidelines, ALARA principles, and accreditation standards.
- Support operational efficiency through scheduling, timekeeping, supply inventory management, and performance coaching.
### What we're looking for
- Active ARRT (R.T.(R)), RDMS, RDCS, RCS, ARMRIT, CNMT, or RN licensure/certification (one required).
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Associate degree (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 5+ years of imaging or relevant clinical experience (preferred).
- 1+ year of leadership experience (preferred).
- Strong multitasking, data analysis, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Hourly pay range of $31.55–$58.69 (approximately $65,624–$122,075 annualized).
