Registered Nurse RN Neuro Medical PCU Orlando

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Neuro Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at its Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to neurological-medical PCU patients across identified age-specific groups - Apply the full nursing process — assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation — to meet departmental care goals - Supervise and coordinate total nursing care responsibilities within the unit - Maintain compliance with AdventHealth's Corporate Compliance Plan and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations - Work three 12-hour day shifts per week, including six weekend shifts per six-week schedule - Uphold consistent, respectful customer service relationships with patients, families, and colleagues ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Basic Life Support / CPR certification (required) - At least one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53 – $52.24/hour (~$65,582 – $108,659 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off starting Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - CME and career development resources - Mental health and whole-person well-being support programs - Pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando operates one of the largest faith-based, not-for-profit health systems in the country, with the Ginsburg Tower serving as a flagship inpatient facility at 601 East Rollins Street.
