About this role
AdventHealth ER Winter Haven is hiring a full-time Emergency Department RN with a critical care focus for a 10a–10p day shift at their Winter Haven, Florida facility.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs across ED and critical care presentations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and physician diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, following patient safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Prior Emergency Department clinical experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized).
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
