About this role
A full-time Registered Nurse role in the Emergency Department at AdventHealth Heart of Florida, located in Davenport, Florida, with a critical care focus on the 11AM–11PM shift.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Prior Emergency Department experience required

- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hour ($65,582–$104,832 annualized)
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
