Registered Nurse Emergency Department 11AM-11PM

AdventHealth Heart of Florida is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the 11AM–11PM shift at its Davenport, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care ### What we're looking for - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Prior experience in an Emergency Department, ICU, or PCU setting ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized) - $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Heart of Florida is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
