About this role
AdventHealth Heart of Florida is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on the night shift (7p–7a) at its Davenport, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health status and care needs in a fast-paced ED environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, adhering to patient safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- BLS/CPR certification (required); ACLS certification (preferred).
- Background in critical care or emergency department nursing.
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr (~$65,582–$104,832 annually).
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
