### What you'll do
- Perform treatments per policy, delivering patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and cultural background
- Assist the registered nurse in identifying and addressing patient needs at the bedside
- Document and report all procedures and abnormal findings in accordance with department policy
- Follow isolation protocols, use personal protective equipment correctly, and enforce safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff
- Respond appropriately during clinical emergencies and participate in performance improvement initiatives
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Active BLS/CPR certification (required)
- One of the following credentials: CNA, CPCT/A, or EMT certification (required)
- 1+ year of PCT or equivalent bedside experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Prior experience as a unit secretary or monitor technician considered equivalent
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
