About this role

AdventHealth Riverview is hiring a full-time night-shift RN for its Emergency Department (7p–7a) in Riverview, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of ED patients' physical, mental, and emotional status and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, maintaining patient safety at all times - Coordinate multidisciplinary care by collaborating with physicians, social workers, and therapists across the care team - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on ongoing outcomes and responses - Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and discharge instructions - Evaluate discharge planning needs and coordinate smooth transitions from hospital to home or post-acute facility ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - BLS certification (required); ACLS and CEN (preferred) - 12-lead EKG experience (1+ years required) - Acute hospital experience (1+ years preferred) - Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing with strong independent decision-making under pressure ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr ($65,582–$108,659 annualized) - Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible) - Up to $10,000 relocation assistance (if eligible) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Riverview is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving communities across the United States.
