About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Imaging Practice Coordinator to support AHMG Radiology of Central Florida at their Orlando campus (601 E. Rollins St.), with a Monday–Friday afternoon/evening shift. ### What you'll do - Monitor and prioritize PACS worklists for critical and STAT exams, ensuring established turn-around times are met. - Identify incorrect imaging sequences and follow up with technologists or department managers to correct incomplete exams. - Facilitate physician-to-physician calls and relay clinical information to radiologists, referring physicians, and ancillary departments. - Coordinate on-call technologists and Radiology Nurses for interventional radiology procedures as requested by the Radiologist. - Ensure timely dictation by tracking incomplete or broken studies and correcting hanging protocols. - Support data collection for process improvement initiatives and monitor department performance trends. ### What we're looking for - Active ARRT (RT)(R), RDMS, or CNMT certification (required). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's degree in Radiology Sciences preferred. - 1+ year of experience as a registered imaging technologist in any modality (preferred). - Advanced modality certification in CT, MRI, or Nuclear Medicine (preferred). - Proficiency in PACS systems, Microsoft Office, and medical terminology. ### What's included - Pay range: $26.08–$48.50/hr (~$54,246–$100,880 annualized). - $3,750 sign-on bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group Radiology of Central Florida operates across multiple sites in the greater Orlando region, providing diagnostic and interventional imaging services in a high-volume health system environment. The Orlando campus at East Rollins Street serves as the primary site, with occasional coverage support at AdventHealth Altamonte.
