Certified Medical Assistant or LPN Urology

A Certified Medical Assistant or LPN is needed to support a urology clinic at AdventHealth Hendersonville in Hendersonville, North Carolina. ### What you'll do - Room patients, obtain vital signs, document visit reasons, patient history, and allergies following nursing protocols - Assist physicians with examinations and procedures while maintaining open communication for quality care - Collect and prepare laboratory specimens; audit ordered tests to ensure timely receipt and follow-up of results - Monitor nursing supplies, equipment functionality, and maintenance, reporting needs to leadership - Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues as needed - Delegate duties to office staff and ensure adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required - Active CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA certification required - Current BLS/CPR certification required - At least 1 year of related clinical work experience preferred - Strong vital signs, specimen collection, and body substance isolation skills - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus ### What's included - Pay range: $16.42–$26.27/hr (~$34,154–$54,642 annually) - Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 - Relocation assistance up to $5,000 - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan; career development resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Hendersonville is a faith-based health system serving western North Carolina from its campus at 100 Hospital Drive.
