About this role

AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida is hiring a part-time RN specializing in wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) care for day shifts at its Ginsburg Tower facility. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs related to wound, ostomy, and continence care. - Develop and maintain individualized care plans, selecting appropriate interventions and supplies with accurate medical documentation. - Administer treatments and medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans to improve outcomes. - Educate patients and families on wound care, ostomy management, and continence strategies, including self-care techniques. - Lead educational sessions for nursing staff to strengthen competency in skin integrity and WOC care. - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and coordination of care. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 1 year of acute hospital nursing experience. - Current knowledge in wounds, ostomies, and continence care. - BLS/CPR certification preferred. - CWCN or CWOCN certification preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave. - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
