About this role
AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a mid-shift schedule (12p–12a) at its Sebring, Florida hospital.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and care needs in a fast-paced ED environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Prior emergency department nursing experience.
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized).
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
