About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p–7a) at its hospital in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and care needs in a fast-paced ED environment. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated emergency care. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - Prior emergency department clinical experience. - Ability to work consecutive 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a). ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr (~$65,582–$104,832 annualized). - $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
